Scholarship Applications Are Now Being Accepted

The Limestone County Economic Development Association (LCEDA) is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for the 2026 LCEDA CTE Scholarship Fund.

This scholarship, in the amount of $1,500, is designed to support Limestone County residents pursuing careers in manufacturing, construction, information technology, or healthcare. The scholarship aims to aid students in obtaining the necessary training and education to excel in these high-demand fields.

To be eligible for consideration, applicants must:

  • Be a resident of Limestone County
  • Have an interest in pursuing education or training in manufacturing, construction, information technology, or healthcare
  • Complete the application form in its entirety by the deadline of April 3, 2026

The Scholarship Committee maintains a strict non-discrimination policy and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status throughout the application process.

Recipients of the scholarship will serve as ambassadors for the Limestone County Economic Development Association. As such, they will be asked to allow LCEDA to use photographs of themselves and their families taken at the award ceremony in company media.
